mocl is aprogramming language, adialect andimplementation of the languageLisp namedCommon Lisp. It is focused onmobile device platforms. It includes acompiler andruntime system. It currently runs oniOS,Android, andmacOS.
mocl was first announced on November 14, 2012.[2] The first release was timed to occur at Lisp universal time 3581000000 (June 23, 2013).[3][4] The most recent release of mocl is namedParen Mage and was released on May 6, 2014,[5] adding support formacOS application creation and a remoteread–eval–print loop (REPL) that runs on the mobile device.[6]
