Miyagi 2nd district (Japanese:宮城県第2区,Hepburn:Miyagi-ken Dainiku) is a single-member constituency of theHouse of Representatives, the lower house of theNational Diet of Japan. It is located on the island ofHonshu, inMiyagi Prefecture, and includes parts of the city ofSendai, the prefectural capital (the city is shared with District 2).[2]
As of 2020, the district was home to 454,848 constituents.[3]
