Mirnesa Bećirović andMirneta Bećirović (born 1 November 1991) are twinAustrianmartial artists of Bosnian origin who represent Austria insport jujitsu in the pair discipline Duo System (Kata).

Career

The twins were born inZvornik, in Bosnia, but when they were eight months old moved with their parents toPressbaum in Austria because of thewar in Bosnia.[1] They began their martial arts training at the age of 6,[2] and are members of the Jiu Jitsu Goshindo club in Pressbaum, where they have been trained by Robert Horak.[3][4] The twins graduated together from education in law enforcement and as of March 2018[update] work inMödling District.[5]

They are undefeated in the highest level tournaments since 2012.[6]
