Minions: The Rise of Gru (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album forthe film of the same name, released on July 1, 2022, throughDecca Records.[2] TheJack Antonoff-produced soundtrack consists of various contemporary artists covering famousfunk,pop, andsoul hits of the 1970s. "Turn Up the Sunshine" byDiana Ross andTame Impala was released as the album's lead single on May 20, 2022.[3][4] Four more singles followed, "Desafinado" byKali Uchis, "Funkytown" bySt. Vincent, "Hollywood Swinging" byBrockhampton, and "Dance to the Music" byH.E.R.[5][6][7][8]
All tracks produced byJack Antonoff, except track 2 (produced by Antonoff andMikey Freedom Hart), track 3 (produced by Antonoff andSt. Vincent), track 18 produced byRZA[9] and track 19 (produced byHeitor Pereira).
