Mike Starr (born July 29, 1950) is an Americancharacter actor. Tall and burly with a deep voice, Starr often performs as mobsters, police officers, blue-collar workers or tough guys. He was a regular cast member onThe Young and the Restless andEd, and has appeared in the filmsGoodfellas,Dumb and Dumber andBilly Bathgate.
Michael Starr was born inQueens,New York, and grew up inFlushing.[2] He is of Irish and Polish descent.[2] His brother is actorBeau Starr.[3]
