Michael Yo Simmons is an American actor, stand-up comedian, and television host who co-hostedThe Insider onCBS, and currently hostsYo Show onYahoo! TV. Yo also appears regularly on the comedy panel ofChelsea Lately, as a guest host forThe Talk on CBS, and aspop culture commentator onShowbiz Tonight. Michael playedfootball for theUniversity of Arkansas, but his football career was cut short due to multiple concussions.
