Michael T. Johnson is an American politician who has served as a member of theLouisiana House of Representatives as a member of theRepublican Party since 2019 and serves as Speaker pro tempore since 2024.
Johnson graduated fromPineville High School in 1977,Louisiana College in 1981, and theSouthern University Law Center in 1984.[1] He was elected to theLouisiana House of Representatives in 2019.[2]
