Mestwinowo[mɛstfiˈnɔvɔ] is asettlement in the administrative district ofGmina Liniewo, withinKościerzyna County,Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It is located within the historic region ofPomerania.
During theGerman occupation of Poland (World War II), in October 1939, theSS andSelbstschutz murdered 46Polish farmers fromJaroszewy in the village, after they were previously deceitfully gathered for a formal meeting in their home village.[2]
