Malaysian electoral constituency
Meranti is a state constituency inKelantan,Malaysia, that has been represented in theKelantan State Legislative Assembly.[1]
The state constituency was first contested in 1959 and is mandated to return a single Assemblyman to the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly under thefirst-past-the-post voting system.
As of 2020, Meranti has a population of 34,234 people.[2]
