TheMei River (Chinese:梅江;Pinyin: Méi Jiāng) is ariver inMeizhou City in the eastern part of theGuangdong province in southern China and a tributary of theHan River. Major bridges over it include theJianying Memorial Bridge. It is formed by the confluence of theWuhua River and theQin River near the town of Hekoucun inWuhua County.
Important tributaries include theSongyuan River,Shiku River,Zhou Xi River,Cheng River, andNing River.
