Mbore (Borei, Mborei) a.k.a.Gamei (Gamai) is aLower Ramu language ofPapua New Guinea.[2] It is spoken in the villages of Gamei (4°03′58″S144°43′50″E / 4.066061°S 144.730692°E /-4.066061; 144.730692 (Gamei/Kopenarang)) and Boroi inYawar Rural LLG,Bogia District,Madang Province.[3][4]
Its closest relatives are theWatam andKaian languages, both of which lie upriver from Kopar, a village situated at the mouth of theSepik River.[5]
