Mayra Tatiana Ramírez Ramírez (Spanish:[ˈmajɾataˈtjanaraˈmiɾes];[3] born 25 March 1999) is a Colombian professionalfootballer who plays as astriker forWomen's Super League clubChelsea and theColombia women's national football team.
In 2020, Ramírez joined Spanish top-tier clubSporting de Huelva.[4]
In July 2022, Ramírez transferred toLevante, staying in Spain's top tier.[5]

On 26 January 2024, it was announced that Ramírez had signed for English clubChelsea on a four-and-a-half-year deal.[6] Levante reported that her transfer fee was €450,000, making Ramírez the most expensive signing inwomen's football at the time.[7]
She made her debut for Chelsea on 27 January 2024 in a 3–0 away win overBrighton & Hove Albion, replacingLauren James in the second half.[8] She scored her first goal for the club in a 1–0 win againstCrystal Palace in theFA Cup on 11 February.[9] Her firstleague goal was scored on March 3 in the 4–0 victory overLeicester City.[10] On 18 May 2024 she scored two goals and provided two assists in a 6–0 win overManchester United that saw Chelsea claim the WSL title.[11]
Ramírez was named as a nominee for the 2024Ballon d'Or Féminin[12] and finished 21st with 36 points.[13]
Ramírez made her senior debut for theColombia national team on 19 July 2018 in a 1–0Central American and Caribbean Games loss toCosta Rica. She scored her first international goal for Colombia in a friendly match againstPeru on 8 April 2019.
In the2022 Copa América she made it to the final with her team and lost 1–0 toBrazil, achieving second place. During the tournament she also scored two goals and assisted one.[14] By reaching the final, her team also qualified for the 2023 World Cup.
On July 4, 2023, she was nominated for the final squad at the2023 World Cup,[15] played in each of her team's five games, and was eliminated with the team in the quarter-finals againstEngland.[16]
On 5 July 2024, she was called up to the Colombia squad for the2024 Summer Olympics.[17]
Based on her strong performance at the World Cup and for Chelsea, in January 2025, Ramírez was awarded theEFE Trophy for Best Ibero-American Player for the 2023-2024 season.[18]
