Jaubert startedkarting in 2013, featuring mostly in the French championship, and stepped up to cars upon turning 16.[2] Missing out on a seat inPorsche Carrera Cup France for 2021,[3] Jaubert competed in the French Caterham Roadsport championship that season and the French Caterham 420R championship the following year, winning both titles and being nominated Porsche Carrera Cup France junior ahead of 2023.[4][5]
JoiningTFT Racing for his maiden season inCarrera Cup France, Jaubert scored his first podium of the season in race two atMagny-Cours,[6] and ended the season with a second-place finish in race two atPaul Ricard to finish fourth in points.[7] In 2024, Jaubert joinedMartinet by Alméras to compete in both thePorsche Carrera Cup France andPorsche Supercup, along with an overseas campaign for TORO Racing inPorsche Carrera Cup Asia.[8] Scoring a best result of seventh in Supercup atZandvoort,[9] Jaubert had a much better time in the French championship, taking his first win of the season atLe Castellet before sweeping theMugello round on his way to runner-up in points behindAlessandro Ghiretti.[10][11] In Asia, meanwhile, Jaubert achieved one win atSepang and finished third in points.[12]
Alongside his ELMS commitments, Jaubert remained in Carrera Cup competition, returning toMartinet by Alméras to race inPorsche Supercup andPorsche Carrera Cup France.[13] In the former, Jaubert scored a lone win at theHungaroring and ended the year with a third-place finish atMonza to take eighth in points.[14] In the latter, Jaubert began the year by winning both races atDijon,[15] before winning atSpa andValencia to end the season fourth in points.[16][17]
In 2022, alongside his commitments in the French Caterham 420R championship, Jaubert also competed in theUltimate Cup Series for ANS Motorsport, in which he took five out of six wins en route to theGroup CN title.[18] In October 2023, he had his first taste of LMP2 machinery, drivingIDEC Sport'sOreca 07 at theEuropean Le Mans Series rookie test atPortimão.[19]

In 2025, Jaubert joined IDEC'sGenesis Magma Racing-backed car to compete in the LMP2 class of theELMS alongsideJamie Chadwick andLogan Sargeant (later replaced byDaniel Juncadella).[20][21][22] On his debut atBarcelona, Jaubert qualified fifth, ahead of teammateJob van Uitert, before a storming drive on Sunday which earned him theGoodyear Wingfoot Award.[23] Taking over from Juncadella in second, he passedPipo Derani in traffic and held a commanding lead until a late-chargingMatthieu Vaxivière denied him overall victory on the final lap. The trio did still score maximum points, as the race-winning AF Corse squad was an LMP2 Pro-Am entry.[24][25] Jaubert went one better on home soil the next month, winning the4 Hours of Le Castellet overall in a wet-to-dry thriller.[26] Jaubert then won atSilverstone and ended the year with a third-place finish atAlgarve to secure third in the LMP2 standings,[27] and was named ELMS's Rookie of the Year at the season-ending awards ceremony.[28]
