Mattar paneer (Hindi:मटर पनीर), also known asmatar paneer,muttar paneer, andmutter paneer,[1][2] is a modern restaurant-style and vegetarianNorth Indian dish[3][4] consisting ofpeas andpaneer in a tomato-based sauce,[5] spiced withgaram masala.
It is often served with rice and an Indian type of bread (naan,paratha,poori, orroti, depending on the region). Various other ingredients are often added, such as potato (aloo), corn, yogurt or cream.[6][7]
So, this is simply a rustic, flavorful slightly sweet and truly a Niramish Chanar Dalna with paneer, potatoes, green peas (optional), green chilies and the choicest of spices.
