District of Hama, Syria

Masyaf District (Arabic:مصيافMaṣyāf) is adistrict (mantiqah) administratively belonging toHama Governorate,Syria. At the 2004 Census it had a population of 169,341.^[1] Itsadministrative centre is the city ofMasyaf.

The district of Masyaf is divided into five sub-districts ornahiyahs (population according to 2004 official census):
