Mason Shane Kinsey (born August 29, 1998) is an American professionalfootballwide receiver andreturn specialist for theTennessee Titans of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theBerry Vikings.
Kinsey attended Division IIIBerry College. In four seasons, he had 203 receptions for 3,343 yards and 50 touchdowns.[1] Kinsey helped the Vikings win four consecutiveSouthern Athletic Association (SAA) championships and earn three straight bids to the NCAA Division III playoffs. He was a three-time All-SAA first-team honoree and was a third-team D3football.com All-American as a senior.[2]

Kinsey signed with theTennessee Titans as anundrafted free agent on April 25, 2020, shortly after the conclusion of the2020 NFL draft.[4] He was waived on September 5, 2020, during final roster cuts.[5]
Kinsey was signed by theNew England Patriots to theirpractice squad on September 8, 2020.[6] He was released on October 1, 2020, but was resigned on October 19.[7] Kinsey was released a second time on November 18.[8]
Kinsey was signed to a reserve/futures contract with the Titans on January 21, 2021.[1] He was cut at the end of the preseason again on August 31, 2021, but was resigned to the team'spractice squad the following day.[9][10] Kinsey was elevated to the Titans' active roster on October 24, 2021.[11] After the Titans were eliminated in theDivisional Round of the 2021 playoffs, he signed a reserve/future contract on January 24, 2022.[12]
On August 30, 2022, Kinsey was waived by the Titans and signed to the practice squad the next day.[13][14] Kinsey was elevated to the active roster on October 21, 2022.[15] He signed a reserve/future contract on January 10, 2023.[16] Kinsey played two games during the2022 season.[17]
On August 29, 2023, Kinsey was waived by the Titans and re-signed to the practice squad.[18][19] He was promoted to the active roster on September 22.[20] He was waived on October 2, and re-signed to the practice squad.[21][22] He was promoted back to the active roster on December 16.[23] Kinsey played six games during the2023 season, making 11punt returns.[24]
Kinsey was waived by the Titans on August 27, 2024, and re-signed to the practice squad.[25][26] He was promoted to the active roster on October 26.[27] He was waived on October 29, and re-signed to the practice squad two days later.[28] He was promoted to the active roster on December 7.[29] He appeared in six games during the2024 season, making two receptions for 17 yards along with six punt returns.[30]
On August 26, 2025, Kinsey was waived by the Titans as part of final roster cuts and re-signed to the practice squad the next day.[31][32] On October 24, Kinsey was signed to the active roster.[33]
