M156 is arear wheel driveautomobile platform developed byMaserati for use in a range of vehicles in theFiat group. It underpins the 2013Maserati Quattroporte, as well as the 2013Maserati Ghibli and 2016Maserati Levante (in the latter two's shortened version, named "M157").[1][2] It uses four-wheel independent suspension, composed ofdouble wishbones at the front and amultilink setup at the rear, and supports all wheel drive.[3]
