Mark Thomas Steketee (born 17 January 1994) is an Australiancricketer. He plays forQueensland.[2] He plays his club cricket forValley District Cricket Club inBrisbane. During the 2017–18 season, Steketee represented theCricket Australia XI in the2017–18 JLT One-Day Cup.[3]

Instead of playing forQueensland in the2017–18 JLT One-Day Cup, Steketee was named in theCricket Australia XI team. He played four matches for them, taking five wickets at an average of 38.40 and conceding 6.06 runs per over.[4] In November 2019, in the2019–20 Sheffield Shield season match againstTasmania, Steketee took his firstfive-wicket haul infirst-class cricket.[5]

In January 2021, Steketee was named in Australia'sTest squad for their seriesagainst South Africa.[6] The following month, he was also added to Australia's Test squad for their seriesagainst Pakistan.[7] In March 2022, Steketee was signed byEssex County Cricket Club to play in their first six matches of theCounty Championship in England.[8]
