Marie-Julie Dallaire is a Canadian film director fromQuebec.

She is most noted as one of the directors of the 1996 anthology filmCosmos, which was Canada's submission for theBest Foreign Language Film Oscar at the70th Academy Awards[1] and a shortlistedGenie Award nominee forBest Motion Picture at the18th Genie Awards,[2] and the 2021 documentary filmBig Giant Wave (Comme une vague), which won thePrix Iris forBest Documentary Film at the24th Quebec Cinema Awards in 2022.[3]

In 2022 she announced that she was entering production onCut Print Thank You Bye, a documentary film about the life and career ofJean-Marc Vallée.[4]
