Mariagerfjord Municipality (Danish:Mariagerfjord Kommune) is a municipality (Danish,kommune) inNorth Jutland Region inDenmark. It covers an area of 723.63 km²; (2011) it has a population of 41,606 (2025).

On 1 January 2007 Mariagerfjord municipality was created as the result ofKommunalreformen ("The Municipal Reform" of 2007), consisting of the former municipalities ofArden,Hadsund andHobro, and the major part ofMariager, and a very small part ofAalestrup and a very small part ofNørager municipality.

The municipality consists of the land aroundMariager Fjord, itsnamesake.
