Marek Bolesław Kotlinowski (['marɛk kɔtliˈnɔfski], born 13 May 1956 inGorlice) is a Polish politician and lawyer, Vice-Marshal of theSejm. He was elected to theSejm on 25 September 2005, getting 9,421 votes in 13Kraków district as a candidate from theLeague of Polish Families list. From 6 November 2006 to 2015 he was a judge of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal.
He was also a member ofSejm 2001-2005.
