Marco Engelhardt (born 2 December 1980) is a German former professionalfootballer who played as adefensive midfielder.
Engelhardt previously played forKarlsruher SC,1. FC Nürnberg and1. FC Kaiserslautern in theGerman top-flight. For KSC and Nürnberg he appeared also in theSecond division.[1]
Engelhardt has earned three caps for theGermany national football team.[2]
After retiring as a player, Engelhardt became a scout forWerder Bremen.[3]
