Marcel Bacou (3 March 1936 – 14 March 2010) was a Frenchfootball referee.[1][2]
Bacou was born inTours, France. He officiated three internationalfriendly matches between 1980 and 1983.[1]
In club football, he officiated someUEFA competition matches, such as two in theUEFA Champions League and one in theUEFA Cup. He refereed 231Division 1 matches between 1970 and 1983.[3]
Bacou was an activist of Unión de Asociaciones Familiares (UNAF). He died on 14 March 2010, at the age of 74, due to an illness.[4]
