Malherbe-sur-Ajon (French pronunciation:[malɛʁbsyʁaʒɔ̃]) is acommune in thedepartment ofCalvados, northwesternFrance. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 by merger of the former communes ofBanneville-sur-Ajon andSaint-Agnan-le-Malherbe.[3]
The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets,Malherbe-sur-Ajon,La Fêterie andCourqueret.[4]
A single river the Ajon flows through the commune, In addition to two streams the Ruisseau de la Vallee Aubray and the Ruisseau de Buharet traverse the commune.[5][6][7]
