Makaoo 120 is anIndian reserve of theOnion Lake Cree Nation inAlberta andSaskatchewan, located between theCounty of Vermilion River and theRural Municipality of Frenchman Butte No. 501.[3] It is about 42 kilometres (26 mi) north ofLloydminster.[1] In the2016 Canadian Census, it recorded a population of 726 living in 165 of its 179 total private dwellings.[2]
