TheMagic Roundabout (officially namedAbbey Way Gyratory)[1] inHigh Wycombe,Buckinghamshire, England, is similar to the complexroundabouts inHemel Hempstead and other places. It is located on the junction of theA40 andA404 roads.
The junction is the second meeting point of the two roads; they interchange at the start of the A404 inMarylebone, London, with the A40 forming theWestway. The two roads follow different routes to reach Wycombe, the A40 coming viaBeaconsfield and the A404 viaNorth London andAmersham. From the roundabout, the A40 continues towardsOxford,Cheltenham,Gloucester andSouth Wales, whilst the A404 goes south toMarlow andMaidenhead.
Additionally, two minor roads and the main entrance gate ofWycombe Abbey school[2] emerge onto the gyratory.
