Mac OS Maltese/Esperanto,[1] calledMacOS Esperanto in older sources,[2] is acharacter encoding forEsperanto,Maltese andTurkish created byMichael Everson on August 15 1997, based on theMac OS Turkish encoding. It is used in his fonts, but not on official Mac OS fonts.[2]
ISO/IEC 8859-3 supports the same languages with a different layout.
