Maban,mabain ormabanba is a material that is held to bemagical in someAustralian Aboriginal mythology. It is the material from which theshamans and elders of Indigenous Australia supposedly derive their magical powers.[1]
Among theNgaanyatjarra people, practitioners are known asmaparn ormaparnjarra.
