M1 is the first commercialradio station inLithuania, broadcasting from the capital city ofVilnius.[1] The station was established on 31 December 1989 byHubertas Grušnys.[2]

The first song played on M1 was "Radio Ga Ga" byQueen.[2] In 2022, radio station had €4.6 million in revenue.[3]
