Luis Hernán Carvallo Muñoz (born 21 September 1949) is aChilean formerfootballer andmanager.
In 1966 he had a brief stint withDeportes Concepción, alongside teammates such asHugo Cicamois,Adán Godoy andEsteban Varas.[1]
He worked alongside his brother,Fernando, the most part of his career. In 2007 and 2008 he worked in theUnión Española youth ranks, and next he assumed as the manager of the first team, reaching the2009 Apertura final versusUniversidad de Chile. In 2011, he returned to theUniversidad Católica, where he had worked at the beginning of the 1990s, at under-17 level,[2] working alongsideRodrigo Astudillo [es].[3]
He is the son of1950 FIFA World Cup playerHernán Carvallo and the younger brother ofFernando Carvallo.[4]
He graduated as aConstruction Engineer at theUniversidad Técnica del Estado [es].[5]
