Losii Dikho (born 1 March 1966) is an Indian politician serving asDeputy Chief Minister of Manipur alongsideNemcha Kipgen since 2026. He was elected to theManipur Legislative Assembly fromMao in the2012,2017, and2022 Manipur Legislative Assembly election, as a member of theNaga People's Front. Dikho is the Legislature Party Leader of Naga People's Front in Manipur Legislative Assembly . He was Minister of PHED, printing and stationery (2017-2022) inN. Biren Singh cabinet.[1][2][3][4] On February 4 2026Losii Dikho was appointed asDeputy chief ministers of Manipur
