TheLjubljana Summer Festival is a festival held between July and August inLjubljana, the capital ofSlovenia. First organized in 1953 it is the oldest festival in the country.^[1]

It attracts notableopera stars,ballet andtheatre performers and also eminentrock andjazz musicians internationally who perform at the festival.
