Liuhe (Chinese:柳河;pinyin:Liǔhé) is a county of southwesternJilin province, China, borderingLiaoning province to the southwest. It is under the administration ofTonghua City, with a population of 360,000[when?] residing in an area of 3,348 km2 (1,293 sq mi).
