List of waterfalls by height

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The following are lists ofwaterfalls in the world by height, classified into two categories — natural andartificial. Natural waterfalls are further subdivided between overall height and tallest single drop. Each column (Waterfall, Height, Locality, Country) is sortable by using the up/down link in the column headings at the top of each column.

Note: There is no standard way to measure the height of a waterfall. Since there is no standard,no ranking of a waterfall should be assumed because of its position in the list. Additionally, in many cases, numbers are merely estimates and measures may be imprecise.
