Andrea Bocskorwho was elected in Hungary forFidesz holds besides herHungarian citizenship alsoUkrainian citizenship (this practice is quite common among theHungarian minority in Ukraine, although, at the time of her election, Ukrainian law did not recognizedual citizenship[116]).[117] Hence, she became the first electedUkrainian in the European Parliament.[117] Bocskor lives inUkraine; in the cityBerehove.[117]
