This is a comprehensive list of allArticle III andArticle IVUnited States federal judges appointed by PresidentJoe Biden, as well as a partial list ofArticle I federal judicial appointments, excluding appointments to theDistrict of Columbia judiciary.

The total number of Article III judges nominated by Biden and confirmed by theUnited States Senate was 235, including oneassociate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, 45 judges for theUnited States courts of appeals, 187 judges for theUnited States district courts and two judges for theUnited States Court of International Trade.

In terms of Article I courts, Biden appointed 17 judges: five to theUnited States Court of Federal Claims, five to theUnited States Court of Military Commission Review, one to theUnited States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and six to theUnited States Tax Court. On March 2, 2021, Biden designatedElaine D. Kaplan as chief judge of the Court of Federal Claims.[1]

On the Article IVterritorial courts, Biden made one appointment.
