This is a list of diplomatic missions in India. There are 159 embassies/high commissions in New Delhi, and many countries maintain consulates in other Indian cities.[1] Most of these diplomatic missions in Delhi are located inChanakyapuri,Vasant Vihar, Anand Niketan, andShanti Niketan. In January 2017, theUnion Council of Ministers approvedDwarka Sector 24 to be a secondDiplomatic Enclave[2][3] for 39 countries on 34.87 ha (86.2 acres) of area,[4] afterChanakyapuri.[5][6][7]

This listing does not include honorary consulates.
