Resignations and retirements

[edit]
  1. ^Witcombe has announced his intention to retire effective 31 May 2026.[8]

Notes

[edit]
  1. ^The date the person first became a dean.
  2. ^abcWhen theDiocese of Leeds was formed on 20 April 2014, the cathedrals at Bradford, Ripon and Wakefield became part of that diocese; each (acting) dean remained (acting) dean of their respective cathedral. The reorganisation scheme created the position of "presiding dean of the diocesan chapter" and senior priest of the new diocese,[10] but that role has never been referred to since.
