Water biscuits are baked using only flour and water, without shortening or other fats usually used inbiscuit production. They are thin, hard and brittle, and usually served with cheese or wine.

This is alist of crackers. Acracker is abaked good typically made from agrain-and-flourdough and usually manufactured in large quantities. Crackers (roughly equivalent to savorybiscuits in the United Kingdom and theIsle of Man) are usually flat, crisp, small in size (usually 75 millimetres (3.0 in) or less in diameter) and made in various shapes, commonly round or square.
