Ancient Lycian town

Lissa (Ancient Greek:Λίσσα) was a town ofancient Lycia, mentioned byPtolemy.[1]

Its site is located nearKızılağaç,Anatolia, Turkey.[2][3] Inscriptions and tombs have been found at the site.[4]

The site was explored by the British antiquariesTheodore andMabel Bent in March 1888.[5]
