Lintgen (Luxembourgish:Lëntgen) is acommune and small town in centralLuxembourg, in thecanton of Mersch. It is situated on the riverAlzette.
As of 2024[update], the town of Lintgen, which lies in the west of the commune, has a population of 2,652.[1] Another town within the commune isGosseldange.
