Licang (Chinese:李沧区) is an urbandistrict (区) ofQingdao in theChinese province ofShandong.
It is home to popular attractions such as Tea Culture Landscape Garden, Ximen Park and SiGangLi BuXingJie.
In 2014 Licang hosted the main grounds for theInternational Horticultural Expo.
The Licang district has an area of 95.52 km2 and according o the 2019 census has a population of 589,200 inhabitants.
As of 2012, this district is divided to 11 subdistricts.[1]
