Leonardo "Léo"Porto Siqueira (born 3 April 1986) is a Brazilianfootballcoach, currently in charge ofFortaleza's under-20 team.
Born inSanta Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Porto was afutsal player before retiring and starting aphysical education degree inSão Paulo. He started his career atJuventus-SP's under-15 squad before joiningHélio dos Anjos' assistant atFortaleza in 2013, as an analyst and assistant.[1]
After working with Hélio dos Anjos atAtlético Goianiense, Porto joinedDorival Júnior's staff atSantos in November 2015, as an analyst.[2] He subsequently worked in the same role with Dorival atSão Paulo,Flamengo andAthletico Paranaense.[3]
On 23 December 2020, Porto returned to Fortaleza as a permanent assistant manager of the club.[4] In April 2021, after the dismissal ofEnderson Moreira, he was named interim manager.[5]
Porto's first match in charge of theLeão occurred on 1 May 2021, a 4–1Campeonato Cearense home success overCaucaia.[6] He returned to his previous role three days later, after the appointment ofJuan Pablo Vojvoda.
After the departure ofLeandro Zago, Porto became the head coach of the under-20 team in May 2023, while still an assistant of the main squad.
