Leonard Finlan "Pete" Bahan (February 18, 1898 – May 1, 1977) was an American professionalfootball player in theNational Football League (NFL).
Bahan playedquarterback forSomerset High School inSomerset, Kentucky,[1] and later was the team captain for both the football team and the basketball team atNotre Dame. He was the startingquarterback and team captain for the undefeatedfootball team in 1919, which later was selected asnational co-champions by the National Championship Foundation. In 1920, he enrolled atDetroit University and started for their football team at righthalfback.
Bahan played for one season in the NFL in 1923, first with theBuffalo All-Americans and then with theCleveland Indians.
