Lemon is the stage name ofChristopher Elliott Baptista (born September 1, 1995),[ 2] drag performer, best known for competing on thefirst season ofCanada's Drag Race first series ofRuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. the World second season ofCanada's Drag Race: Canada vs. the World
Lemon relocated from Toronto to New York City at the age of 19 to study dance at theAiley School .[ 3]
Lemon atRuPaul's DragCon LA , 2022 Lemon started doing drag in New York City.[ 4] Sasha Velour invited Lemon to model in herNew York Fashion Week collaboration with Opening Ceremony.[ 5]
She competed as the only U.S.-based contestant on thefirst season ofCanada's Drag Race [ 3] Juice Boxx toCarly Rae Jepsen 's "I Really Like You ".[ 6] [ 7] Rita Baga toAlanis Morissette 's "You Oughta Know ", ultimately placing fifth overall.[ 8] JoJo Siwa during theSnatch Game episode.[ 9]
In 2021, Lemon was a featured performer in "Come Through", a single by herCanada's Drag Race castmatePriyanka .[ 10]
In January 2022, she was announced as one of the nine contestants on thefirst series ofRuPaul's Drag Race: UK vs. the World [ 11] Janey Jacké from thefirst season of theDutch franchise , and was sent home byPangina Heals who hostedDrag Race Thailand [ 12]
Also in 2022, Lemon began releasing a series of singles, including "Sweet and Sour" and "5 6 7 Ate",[ 13] EP Citrussy in 2023.[ 14] Rêve 's single "Tongue".[ 15]
In June 2024, Lemon was announced as one of the queens competing on thesecond season ofCanada's Drag Race: Canada vs. the World [citation needed In July, Lemon was featured on Priyanka's single "Gucciyanka".[citation needed
