Leeds is a neighborhood ofKansas City,Missouri, United States.[1]

A post office called Leeds was established in 1890, and remained in operation until 1929.[2] The community's name is a transfer fromLeeds, England.[3]

Farewell Coffee and Booze and Howdy DIY space, thrift shop and cultural center are located in Leeds.[4][5]

It used to be the site of aGeneral Motors assembly plant from 1929-1988.
