LeAndrew "Lee" Fobbs Jr. (born May 1, 1950) is an American formergridiron football player and coach. Fobbs played professionally for theOttawa Rough Riders andWinnipeg Blue Bombers of theCanadian Football League (CFL) and theDetroit Wheels of theWorld Football League He playedcollege football atGrambling State University and was selected by theBuffalo Bills in the eighth round of the1973 NFL draft, but did not play in theNational Football League (NFL). Fobbs served as the head football coach atNorth Carolina A&T State University from 2006 until midway through the 2008 season, compiling a record of 2–28.

Fobbs was an assistant coach for theLSU Tigers football team in 1994.

  1. ^abcFobbs served as North Carolina A&T's head coach for the first eight games of the 2008 season before he was fired.George Ragsdale was appointed interim head coach and led the Aggies for the remainder of the season.[1] North Carolina A&T finished the season with an overall record of 3–9 and a mark of 1–7 in conference play.
