Lauren LeFranc is an American television writer, producer and showrunner known for her work onThe Penguin (2024), a spin-off series set in the universe ofMatt Reeves ' filmThe Batman (2022).[ 1]
In 2014, LeFranc worked onAgents of S.H.I.E.L.D. [ 2] In 2018, she worked as one of the executive producers ofImpulse , aYouTube Premium series based on theJumper book series bySteven Gould . LeFranc joined the series after its pilot was directed byDoug Liman , serving as the showrunner throughout the series' run.[ 3] In 2024 she produced and was the showrunner onThe Penguin .
