Lakshman Singh (26 August 1910 – 4 February 1996)[citation needed] served as theNational Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides from April 1983 to November 1992. He was a recipient of thePadma Bhushan, an Indian civilian honour.[1]
In 1988, he was recognised as the 194thBronze Wolf by theWorld Organization of the Scout Movement for exceptional services to world Scouting.[2]
