TheTown of LaSalle (incorporated in 1910 as theTown of La Salle) is aStatutory Town inWeld County,Colorado,United States. The town population was 2,359 at the2020 United States census.[5]
A post office called La Salle has been in operation since 1886.[7] The community was named by railroad officials afterLaSalle Street in Chicago.[8]
LaSalle is located at40°21′2″N104°42′10″W / 40.35056°N 104.70278°W /40.35056; -104.70278 (40.350681, -104.702914).[9]
